Chile qualify for U-17 Soccer World Cup in India

Brazil, Chile and Paraguay qualified for the U-17 FIFA World Cup to be held in India from the South American qualifying tournament in Chile.

The teams from Brazil, Paraguay and Chile achieved their classification ticket for the World under 17 Soccer Cup in India, in October, after they beat Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela respectively.

The victories in Rancagua (center of Chile) leave Colombia and Ecuador to discuss the last available ticket.

Brazil won its match versus Colombia 3-0, being just about to lead the tournament with 10 points, with goals by Vinicius Junior (24, 52) and Alejandro (69). It will match Chile for its next match on Sunday.

Chile won its match against Ecuador 1-0 ( Benjamín Zúñiga , 34 minutes).

Paraguay beat Venezuela 3-1 (goals by Roberto Fernández, 2 minutes, Fernando Romero (20) and Alan Rodríguez (54).

Venezuela made a discount by means of Cristián Casseres ( 90+1), but it was definitely eliminated.

The Colombian team will go against Paraguay, while Ecuador will play against Venezuela.
