In preparation for today, Tuesday’s, announcement of his new administration’s cabinet appointments, President-elect Sebastian Piñera has been fine-tuning the details of his plans during his vacation in southern Chile.

As he has said in various interviews since his election, Piñera wants his cabinet to be prepared to work “from the first day” when he takes office on March 11.
