Police records released Tuesday revealed two problematic sexual assault statistics in Chile.
From 2010 to 2011, the number of reported sexual assaults increased from 909 to 1,044, a 15-percent jump. Equally troubling is that arrests related to sexual assaults fell 6 percent, despite the significant increase in complaints.
