New proposals hope to lessen graduation time, drop-out rates for Chile’s students.University officials are working to slash the average number of years it takes students to complete a university degree. The Council of University Directors of Chile (Cruch) submitted the proposal, among other reforms, Thursday after Minister of Education Harald Beyer requested improvements earlier this year.
